Cancellation Policy

As a small business we really can’t afford to have no shows or last minute cancellations, it also means people are missing out on appointments when we actually DO have space! We really want to work with you guys to make the nail bar a better experience for everyone so please read our cancellation policy carefully.

If you do need to cancel an appointment please do so 24 hours before the appointment time by emailing theshinenailbar@stlukescares.org.uk or calling 01132705337. If you do this we will ensure you get a full refund, all you need to do is pop into the nail bar to collect it. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment we will still give you a 50% refund by the same process. If you do not cancel your appointment you will still be charged full price and no refund will be available. We know this seems strict but things like this can cripple a small business!
